AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and M8 Social Ltd (“m8”, “we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the www.m8social.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Website”).

You agree that by accessing and using the Website, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Website and you must discontinue use immediately. If you violate these Terms and Conditions, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Website (or any portion thereof).

By accessing and using this Website, you acknowledge that the content on the Website represents a concept for a potential App and is not a binding commitment to a specific design, functionality, or feature set.
